2. Refund Policy

Full Refunds Issued For:

  • MiClynics or provider cancellation
  • Patient cancellation at least 24 hours in advance

Partial Refunds:

  • 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours

No Refunds For:

  • "No-show" appointments
  • Dissatisfaction with medical outcomes

3. Dispute Resolution
