1. Billing Framework
- Transparent pricing with clear, itemized costs
- Secure transactions through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways
- Various payment structures: per-session, prepaid packages, or subscriptions
2. Refund Policy
Full Refunds Issued For:
- MiClynics or provider cancellation
- Patient cancellation at least 24 hours in advance
Partial Refunds:
- 50% refund for cancellations within 24 hours
No Refunds For:
- "No-show" appointments
- Dissatisfaction with medical outcomes
3. Dispute Resolution
- Initial contact via help@miclynics.com
- Resolution within 10 business days
- Escalation to Ethics & Legal Compliance Unit if unresolved
- External remedies via Consumer Protection Council or arbitration
4. Regulatory Compliance
